Quality Inspector

Job requirements:

Program, set-up, operate CMM PC-DMIS CAD++ Software

• Perform first article inspection of precision machined detail components. Using AS9102 FORMAT

• The applicant must be capable of using standard /basic inspection tools. Micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, comparators etc.

• Must be able to read and interpret customer and industry specifications & drawings.

• Must know GD&T, and be familiar with AS9100 specification.

• MUST HAVE GOOD WRITTEN & VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

• Able to work with production & management personnel

• Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience. Working with and inspecting aerospace precision machined detail components and sub-assemblies

• Must have a minimum of a High school diploma
